This stage includes the adaptive reuse of the former Phillip Morris production factory into an additional 17,000 sqm of new offices, warehousing, and hospitality venues. On completion this will bring the total nett lettable area of the development to over 50,000sqm all completed and leased since acquisition in 2016.
